In this panel, institutions and businesses will jointly discuss the new work landscape in our country, as it has been configured in the last years. Cutbacks in costs and personnel, voluntary terminations of service, flexible work, intense competition leading to company buyouts and mergers, job insecurity and increase of unemployment rates are just a few of the pieces that compose the complicated jigsaw puzzle of labor in Greece. The mission of the HR Community Conference is to utilize modern thinking tools, methods and techniques in order to analyze this situation and contribute to its restructuring.

The participants will be shown videos produced by the HR departments of various companies, which aim to highlight the practices, methods and innovations they are proud of.

Their goal is to present creative ideas and be an inspiration to the whole HR Management community.

All submitted videos will be uploaded to the Conference’s web page and shown during the HR Community Conference & Awards.

In addition, students representing the academic community will have the opportunity to share their lively perspective on how they view and what they expect from the new HR Community.
